Shaky RGB Split Effect || After Effects [Tutorial]

NOTE: This requires the 'Twitch' plugin. In this tutorial I teach you how to make this RGB split effect! I think it looks really cool! I'll be making a big tutorial to go in more depth about how to use the plugin for people who are still confused, so don't worry! I'll also do a tutorial on how to do a shake transition with this plugin.
