Scan Lines (No Plugins) || After Effects [Tutorial]

In this tutorial I teach you how to make this cool scan lines effect with no plugins! If you also add a nice RGB effect over the top you can make it look like a video game. THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO DO THIS TOO! All you need to do is get a black solid and apply venetian blinds to it!
