In this chilling case out of Oklahoma City, police responded to a call about a possible child welfare issue, and what they found was nothing short of a nightmare. Inside the apartment, officers discovered two children, ages three and four, locked in a bedroom, completely naked and covered head to toe in feces. The scene was so unsanitary that officers had to wear hazmat suits just to enter.

The parents, Dakota Dodd and Aubrianna Freeman, were arrested on the spot, with both facing potential child neglect charges. A third child, an infant, was also found in the apartment but appeared to be in slightly better condition. A concerned neighbor revealed she had seen the children through the window, looking desperate for help, and had even left toys by the fence to comfort them.

Currently, Dodd and Freeman are being held on $250,000 bonds each while the investigation continues. Thankfully, all three children are now in protective custody, and authorities are working to determine the next steps.
