There's lots of ways to reduce psychedelic anxiety during a trip and supplementing is one of the easiest to do! Taking some CBD and ginger before a trip is likely to make the experience more comfortable, calm and relaxed. All of the supplements in this video have been repeatedly shown to reduce anxiety and have other benefits.
Though it's valuable to see both sides and recognise that this might have an opportunity cost, if you don't face your natural sober state anxiety during your trip because you've taken some supplements, you might have had a more recreational experience. You might miss out on curing that anxiety at its root and end up just temporarily numbing it!

A lot of these supplements are unregulated which means anyone can start a brand and sell 'Valerian root' without any 3rd parties verifying it's legitimacy. Even popular brands who sell you the product they advertise probably won't tell you if it's contaminated with stuff you probably don't want in your body (heavy metals, etc)
