FIX for "Snap Store" cannot refresh "snap-store"| How to Update "snap store" in Ubuntu | HariKishan

This is a simple FIX for the error "Snap Store" cannot refresh "snap-store". "snap-store" has running apps in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and below versions. I am showing demo here in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS but i suppose this method should work in lower versions of Ubuntu as well which has snap store running in them and you face this type of update problem.
