Basic Electrical Theory Part 02

This video covers Basic Electrical Theory explaining resistor color codes, series circuits, and parallel circuits. In this video on electrical theory, we give examples of the resistor color codes and show how to identify resistors by their color code. Simple series and parallel circuits are explained and the formulas for calculating the total resistance and current through each example.

The second video in a series of several on electrical theory for the model railroader covers some basic instruction of Ohm's Law expanding on what was covered in the previous video. Each video in this series will dig deeper into the electrical theory and how to implement this knowledge into basic electrical projects for your model railroad.
