Language Hacking: Compiling ruby_parser part 2

We made a few small fixes to our compiler in this hacking session:

• you couldn't call super inside a begin/rescue block
• case/when expression doesn't require a comparison value... who knew!?
• Integer#zero? didn't exist yet, oops
