👁️ The Good Cop/ Bad Cop argument can be dispelled once and for all...

A cop's job is not to be a good person, it is to FOLLOW ORDERS, and to ENFORCE the laws, ALL OF THEM.

Since MOST laws are actually in direct opposition to morality and freedom, to ignore or cherrypick which ones to enforce makes you a "bad cop" by definition, by refusing to do your job.
