Sega Dreamcast's VMU - Visual Memory Unit | The Memory Card ABOVE All Else | The Retrollectors | The Sega Dreamcast featured many different and original peripherals for the console within those 2 years of its life cycle. From keyboards and mouse to broadband adapter and even a fishing rod, there was no shortage of add ons. But one add on was just as important as the controller itself and that was the VMU or (Visual Memory Unit) this little memory card not only saved your game but also became a handheld of its own. The Sega Dreamcast VMU is an important piece to any Dreamcast collector, some can be on the RARE side. Today we take a look at the VMU and some lesser known features.
