Understanding and Dealing with Parallax

The Redneck Preppy has seen a lot of people struggle with shooting accurately and the shooter invariably blames the scope after they've properly sighted it and then still miss their target. Sometimes it is the scope, sometimes it's the shooter...but sometimes it's the mysterious (to the shooter) effect called parallax. Today the Preppy explains what it is and what to do about it.
