Windows 10 Adventures - Part 2 [Building the OptiPlex 790-7010 into a VR HTPC]

I'm getting back into VR, maybe?

So it turns out, I'm too bored. I now wanna run PCVR. But I don't want to dual boot Windows 7 and 10 on my main computer, as I don't want to have to keep switching between both OSes just for VR. So what do I do? Build another, separate PC for VR! I wouldn't be doing this if I had a Valve Index but, I'm not made of money.
