How NOT to Install an RX 580 - PART 1 (The Setup)

Amelli decides to buy an RX 580 for $400 on Ebay. He then, after it arrives and he takes it out of the box, installs it into his main workstation PC, not knowing if it works or not, despite the listing saying it does.

For anyone that wants to know, this is an XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS 8 GB.
