I used ETCHER to Flash the Image to the 16GB Sandisk USB Flash Drive https://www.balena.io/etcher/

I used GPARTED to RESIZE the STATE Partition and USE the WHOLE USB Flash Drive Space. there's no Limit on The SIZE of the Disk, GPARTED WORKS 100% of the time; https://gparted.org/

You MUST use a USB Flash Drive, SD/Micro SD or HDD/SDD with a minimum SIZE of 16GB.
