Install docker compose on OpenBSD

There's no #Docker Compose on the #OpenBSD port tree. However, installing it is surprisingly easy, if you don't mind using v1. Version 2 of docker-compose has been written from the ground up with Go. When I tried to compile #dockercompose v2, I realized one of the dependent libraries uses the syscall package that seems unavailable on OpenBSD.
