A few folks have asked what I use for filming content- Mainly I use a Sony ZV-1 camera and record in 4k at 60 frames per second, and i use Rode microphones- typically the Wireless Go II for audio.

For short form content and photos, I just use my phone, a Samsung S22 Ultra. It's simple, and does well and makes distributing that short form content to YouTube and Facebook/ Instagram a breeze.
