Decoding the Matrix-Trailer

The Matrix Trilogy by the Wachowski Brothers(now sisters) is one of the most philosophically stimulating action movies of all time and the cyberpunk theme showcased by the movie as early as 1999, is perceived by many sci-fi buffs as way ahead of its timeline.

The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions collectively depicts strong conceptual influences from Hinduism, Gnosticism, Christianity and Buddhism. It also incorporates strong philosophical undertones throughout the movie.

This trailer sets the tone for my upcoming mini-series which is aimed at decoding some of the philosophical, spiritual and futuristic themes from the matrix.
