#25 NZ Dashcam - What merging signs?

The blue car seems oblivious to the merging warning sign, the merging sign, the end of the lane, or the truck... and then when they are ALMOST past the truck, they BRAKE !!

I flashed them to let them in as they didn't seem to want to move over... still didn't move, so I tooted...
