Are They Really Going To Ban Stablecoins?

In an effort to protect people of color from 'crimes' of traditional big banks, regulators in the US have drafted the STABLE Act in an effort to level the playing field.

I explore the intentions behind this draft law before highlighting how this problem has already been solved at the technology level by the great innovators in the crypto community. The technological solution is far superior to any system the new law would hope to enforce.
