DarkViperAu Strikes Down ChudLogic Reaction Commentary

In this video we will be looking at the recent events of ChudLogic receiving a DMCA takedown of one of his videos covering DarkViperAu's video on Jacksfilms.

Where I also provide some counter arguments to DarkViperAu arguments on what makes reaction commentary transformative, the main reason for the takedown had been a misunderstanding on DarkViperAu part.

ChudLogic is a a commentary youtuber who livestreams his reactions and commentary on topics circulating around the internet most notable internet drama, these can be seen in reacting and responding to a video, public statements among other things.

DarkViperAu is a speedrunner turned commentator who also can be seen to make challenge videos in the GTA genre of gaming. However he is now more commonly known for his extreme stance on reaction content and his disdain for it where he calls all reaction content despite of the many sub genres being transformative reuploads of the original work which is a delusion if I have ever seen one.
