Why Is Youtube So Out Of Touch?

Today I wanted to talk about why to so many people Youtube seems to be making so many decisions that almost seem like they are going against their Content Creators and their Viewers in a way.

I want to try to shed some light on why Youtube makes these decisions and why it is so apparent that Youtube is So very much out of touch.
