Rofi run launcher customization and building a custom theme

Hello there ladies and gentlemen, Here's a nice guide on setting up Rofi and making a custom theme for it so it actually looks good.

The theme I create here is slightly different than the one I use since I was just winging it trying to show every option and give an example of whats possible.
