In this video I want to show you, how to delete your Google Maps search history on both iPhone and android devices. If you are wondering how is this helping you or why you should delete your Google Maps search history, let me break it down for you. So, whenever you start typing the name of a location in Google Maps, the app shows you suggestions of your recent searches for places and directions, which obviously can be useful if you visit a lot certain locations. But sometimes, the suggestions are for places that you don't intend to return to anytime soon and that's why you want to remove these suggestions. Also, there is a feature that allows you to set your Google account, to clear your Google Maps search history automatically, after a pre-defined time has passed, which is a lot easier than manually deleting locations by yourself.
