How to setup Hubitat, First Alert ZCOMBO Smoke/CO2 Detector and Safety Monitor

1. Pair the First Alert Smoke Alarm/CO2 Detector (i.e. ZCOMBO) with Hubitat
2. Rename the First Alert to something descriptive to where you have it placed
3. Click on Apps
4. Click on Add Built-In App button
5. Scroll Down and click on Hubitat Safety Monitor
6. Click on Done to install the Safety Monitor
7. Click on Hubitat Safety Monitor
8. Click on Smoke and Carbon Monoxide
9. Click on Smoke Detectors
10. Select your smoke detector
11. Click on Update
12. Click on Carbon monoxide detector
13. Select Your carbon monoxide detector
14. Click on Update
15. Click on Configure Smoke Text Alerts
16. Click on Custom message to send
17. Enter message you want sent
18. Enter phone number to send text message to
19. Press tab key
20. Click on Done
21. Click on Light Alerts
22. Click on Select lights to flash
23. Check box beside bulb you want to flash
24. Click update
25. Click Done
26. Click Done

How to reset First Alert Zcombo INCLUSION

1. Slide battery door open.
2. Insert batteries checking the correct orientation.
3. Press and hold the test button. Keep it held down as you slide the battery drawer closed. You may then release the button. EXCLUSION
4. Slide battery door open.
5. Remove and re-insert batteries checking the correct orientation.
6. Press and hold the test button. Keep it held down as you slide the battery drawer closed. You may then release the button. • The alarm will remain awake for 30 seconds on inclusion. • The alarm supports one association group with up to 5 nodes, and sends its alarms to that group. • The alarm supports configuration parameter #1, which has a size of 1, a default value of 0, and when set to 1 causes the device to send double alarm messages. RESET DEVICE If the device is powered up with the test button held down for 10+ seconds, the device will reset all Z-Wave settings and leave the network. NOTE: The device will not remain awake after resetting and will go into standby mode.
