Use deep burner in a windows machine DeepBurner Portable - use with USB PortableApps gives you a very flexible option
Create an ISO Save to USB flash drive Dismount USB drive Copy ISO to directory where you are storing ISO's
You can create multiple setup CD's for distinct purposes - workstation, server, firewall, utility, etc
