Enable docker hub access in Docker on Unraid

Use this setting for using DoH using 1.1.1.1 - https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query Add 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 to resolve above dns server (Bootstrap DNS server to resolve server for DoH)

Test site for malware detection - https://www.wicar.org/

Test site for DNS over HTTPS (DoH) - https://1.1.1.1/help
