This is an IR based wireless servo position controller. The Arduino produces PWM signals depending on the position of the potentiometer which is converted into IR light by the IR LED. The sensor converts them back into electrical pulses which are sent to the signal input of the servo and turns it to the position according to the wavelength of the PWM signals.
