š¦ If Your Hard drive is NTFS, That file system is Read-Only on Mac OS .. You cannot write to it any data.
š¦ You should first backup your existing data from your hard drive to any other drive -- then format your hard drive (or USB Drive) to a Compatible format that let you write any data successfully on your drive.
š¦ Just format it as Mac OS Extended Journaled (Mac Only) or ExFat (for Mac & Windows OS)
