This session will discuss why ventilation is necessary, the roles of intermittent, spot, and whole-house ventilation, options for achieving each type of ventilation, ASHRAE 62.2 standards, system sizing, and fundamentals of proper installation. The ventilation requirements of many state codes, IECC and the new 2015 Michigan Residential Code will also be covered.
