On the night of November 28th, 2023, at 12:30 AM local time, two observers aboard a cruise ship in the Pacific off the coast of Yucatán, Mexico, experienced something unusual. While relaxing on the balcony of their cabin, they noticed a bright white light moving rapidly across the sky.

The object, diamond-shaped and surrounded by an aura of mist, left a visible trail in its path. With an elevation of about 70 degrees and located just a few miles from the ship, the UFO shone with an intense brightness that captured the witnesses' attention.

Although sightings in the middle of the ocean are often difficult to verify, the cruise staff confirmed that it was not a drone, as these are not allowed on board. The uncertainty about the object's identity and the lack of official explanations led the witnesses to wonder if it could be some unknown activity or a new phenomenon in the region.
