5E Circle of the MOOON Druid | Review

This guide is designed to explain all the Circle of the Moon Druid features outlined in the Players Handbook in an easy to follow explanation format for beginners. This is the most popular Druid Sub-Class in 5th and is a good sub-class for beginners for beginners to try to play. They are called the Circle of the Moon because when the moon is at its fullest they meet to share stories and warn of things that have come to pass and are yet to be. Starting at 2nd level, with you choice of this Circle you gain COMBAT WILD SHAPE. In addition to this, at 2nd level, you gain Circle Forms. Already you can start to see the advantages of this Circle. At 6th level you gain Primal Stike. At 10th level you gain Elemental Wild Shape. Lastly at 14 level you gain the ability of Thousand Forms. Because of your extended use of magically altering your form into several different beasts, you have learned a more subtle way through the at will use of the Alter Self Spell. https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/alter-self Alter Self is a 2nd level Sorcerer or Wizard Shape Changing spell. This allows the user to for 1 hour take on a different form. While using this spell you can use an Action to go from one form to another gaining their abilities as you transform. I’ll link the Alter Self Spell from DnDBeyond in the description for those interested to look it up. With all these features I’ve just listed off the only down side to the Circle of the Moon Druid is you don’t get a pool of Circle specific Spells.
