Emacs From Scratch #7 - Configure Everything with Org Babel

In this stream, we'll continue creating a completely custom Emacs configuration from scratch. This time we'll be learning how to use an Org Mode feature called Babel to achieve a "literate configuration" which allows us to configure Emacs and other programs from within an Org Mode file. We'll also investigate other uses for Org Mode source blocks.
