Change The Logarithm Base Example 2 | PreCalculus | Logarithms
StudySession
In this example video we are asked to solve for log4(15). However, some calculators will only allow us to enter ln() and log10(), so we must use the change of base equation! The change of base equation allows us to conveniently convert a logarithmic expression from one base to another. In this change of base example video we convert log4(15) to base 10!

This video is part of our Precalculus Examples playlist. In this playlist we will be solving plenty of precalculus examples to aide and supplement your learning. Precalculus is typically taught in the 10th grade, however, sometime later. Precalculus courses typically cover algebra and trigonometry. The purpose of taking a Precalculus course is to prepare students with many mathematic fundamentals for future calculus courses. #Logarithms #ChangeOfBase #Precalculus ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGh3UtplHBU
