Pipe Hitter 37mm Comprehensive Instructions and B.O.M.

These are more comprehensive directions for the Pipe Hitter 37mm launcher.

Materials are: PLA+ or stronger filament 11x M5 bolts, 45mm in length 1x M5 bolt 50mm in length 2x 1/4" ID, 3/8" OD 3/4" length spacers 1x 1/4" bolt 2" in length 2x 1-1/4" fender washers 1x common nail, roughly 3mm diameter 2x retraction springs 2x extension springs 12x M5 nuts 2x M5 bolts 5mm in length

Tools are: power drill or dremel hacksaw or chopaw file epoxy

Standalone and rifle mounts need separate hardware based on application. The Picatinny mount in this video mounts with 6x 35mm long M5 bolts and nuts. The standalone mount in this video is assembled with 3 25mm M5 nuts.

For simplicity I pick up bulk packs of the longer bolts and cut them to length as needed.
