Source: Resistance Remembered The Chinese military's modernisation efforts in the mid-1930s saw the birth of German trained/reorganised infantry divisions. Taking inspiration from German infantry divisions at the time and with the help of German military advisers, these units would become the most elite units China during the start of WW2 in China, or the Sino-Japanese War, in 1937. This video will examine the general organisation of these German-trained Chinese infantry division as well as some of their equipment and weapons, although it is important to note that organisation and equipment often differed between units.
