Mandolin & Modular Synthesis | 100 GRIT Mandolin with Geiger Counter DFAM Beats | Shukhurchi #shorts

Nothing essential happens in the absence of the mandolin. I attached a DIY contact mic (build time-lapse & showcase video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpjM1sb8NvQ) to my mandolin. When the amplitude threshold is breached a gate pulse is generated from Mutable Instruments 'Ears' in my synth, where the mandolin is plugged in. This pulse both triggers and advances the @Moog Music Inc DFAM sequencer, at which point DFAM waits for the next pulse. I've bypassed the noise generator on DFAM with the @WMDevices Geiger Counter for some lofi, bit crushed, percussive, snare-like sounds. Then the whole patch is run through @SCHLAPPI ENGINEERING 100 GRIT and fedback to @SteadyStateFate Vortices, where it came from. A touch of rhythmic tape delay from the @T-Rex Effects Replicator and saturation from SSF Vortices as well as @Instruō Tanh[3]. Final output at the @MAKEN0ISE Rosie.
