Mission report from Bro. James Murphy, for the 3nd quarter 2024.

Brethren, greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, it's a joy to be able to write unto you again, that I might tell of the joy and blessings of the Lord. I'm not a man of wealth, I have not lands untold, nor riches of silver and gold, but yet what I have is more precious than all these. The blessing to know the Lord Jesus Christ, as Lord and Saviour, the blessing to know many of the saints of God and to be able to fellowship with you all in the Lord and to preach the Gospel to this lost and dying world.

In July, I was blessed to be able to preach at New Zion Bible Baptist Church, in Wickliffe, KY. Bro. Rhea Bowles and New Zion, have been a blessing to us for many years, we had a great time of fellowship in the Lord with them. Also, for most of the year, I have been preaching for Richland Missionary Baptist Church, in Livermore, KY. Richland is in need of a pastor, I and many of our brethren have been called on to supply for them, please pray the Lord will help them as they seek the man of God, that they should call as pastor.

In the last three months, along with all of the preaching at my home church and our sister churches, and the on-line mission work and in person anywhere I can. The hours, I'm called on to work have also picked up, as we are in the time of year, that the store where I work, gets two trucks a week (this starts mid-summer and goes to year end,) with only one truck a week the rest of the year and even with the seasonal help we our over run by the stock at the store. They would have me there every day of the week if they could, Monday through Saturday, they are closed on Sundays.

In person, I have talked to many people, this quarter, about Jesus Christ, sin, salvation, and Life after this life. On-line, the work is still growing, with over 9600 following the work on Facebook now, and where I post preaching and teaching from the King James Bible and from books by C.D. Cole, John Gill, A.W. Pink, T.P. Simmons, and others.

Please pray for us and the work of the Lord, as I continue to preach the Word to this lost and dying world.
