Hello, In this short tutorial, I’m going to show how you can use branching in Microsoft Forms. This is a feature included in Microsoft Forms that allows you to navigate to different questions based on a given answer to another question.

So, we have a form containing three questions. With the first question, you indicate whether or not you consider revisiting the store. The second question asks you what you like about the store that makes you want to revisit. So this question should only appear if the client answered yes to the first question, otherwise we have to skip this question.

Now, we will add the branching to navigate to the correct question based on the response in the first question. To add the branching, you click on the first question, next you navigate to the three dots, click on it and select Add branching.

Microsoft Forms has a preview function that allows you to check if the branching is added correctly to the form. Content creators like Kevin Stratvert and Leila Gharani inspire me to create my own tutorials.
