One of the probable causes for screen flickering is a problem with the display drivers. There are two things we can try. We can update the drivers and see if that helps, or we can reinstall the drivers. Updating the driver is a bit of a long shot but it’s a good place to start.
In Device Manager, right-click on Display adapters and select Scan for hardware changes.
Click on the little arrow next to Display adapters. Right-click on the card and select Update driver. Select the first option. This automatically searches for drivers on your computer.
If Windows 10 finds a better driver to install, make sure to continue by installing this driver. If it did not find a better driver, click on Search for updated drivers on Windows update.
Sometimes, you can get lucky by checking the windows update. If you, like me, have two cards, try updating both display adapters. Keep in mind that you can also check the manufacturers website for newer drivers.
Hopefully, your screen flickering is a thing from the past. If it isn’t resolved, continue on to the next method.

Open device manager once more. At the moment, Windows 10 has installed a backup driver. Windows 10 is going to reinstall the better-suited drivers automatically in some time. With some luck you no longer have screen flickering in Windows 10.

If you have an extra screen, connect this to your PC to rule out that the flickering is caused by the screen. If you don’t have another screen, you can try to connect a different device to your screen.
Fix Windows 10 Screen Flickering With Monitor Refresh Rate In the next method we’ll take a closer look at the monitor refresh rate. It could be that a refresh rate is set that is too high for the respective screen or monitor.
To change the refresh rate, right-click somewhere on your desktop and select Display settings. Select Advanced d ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQ_63mT6YPw
