Hi, In this tutorial, I will show how you can create a form using Microsoft Forms. This tool is offered by Microsoft to all office 365 users and it makes it possible to create surveys, quizzes and polls.
In this tutorial we introduce how to create a form, so let’s choose New form. The first thing you have to do is name the form. We would like to test the client’s satisfaction about the local supermarket with our form. So, let’s take Supermarket Satisfaction as the form’s name.
There are two more things you can do in his screen before continuing. On the right side, you see an image icon. You can use this to insert an image. Click on it to do so. You can search the internet for a suitable image, you can take one from your OneDrive or you can upload an image from your computer.
Microsoft Forms question types: You have Choice, Text, Rating, Date and if you click on the arrow four more options appear. There you have Ranking, Likert and Net Promoter Score as question types. Finally, you also see a button named Section which you can use to add an entire new section to your form.
Now we choose a Likert question where the respondent can rate different sections in our store.
Finally, we add a Net Promoter Score question where we ask how likely it is the respondent recommends us to a friend or colleague.
Thanks for watching this Microsoft Forms tutorial for beginners. I'm inspired by content creators as TechGumbo and Technology for Teachers and Students.
