Focus Rework - Example 01

I've been asked if the ReWork for the Operators on Warframe was bad. I was also told that it would be a nerf. From what I saw Digital Extremes letting Rebecca Ford represent them as, the team is all over the place. I don't quite see the necessity to this aside from the developing team getting stuck between broken code and the need to complete content. But I have a different thing to present entirely. Because, showing is better.
