How to Protect Against ZombieLoad on Mac

If you haven't heard yet, ZombieLoad is just the newest vulnerability on Macs, Windows, Servers, basically anything with an Intel chip since 2011. It utilizes buffers to gain access of sensitive information but it also is a very technical attack, so not many people will be targeted by ZombieLoad. Updating to Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 should patch the issue for most Mac users (and may cause up to a 3-4% performance hit) but to fully patch it, you'll need to disable hyper-threading which most people will not want to do as it can cause up to a 40% performance hit.
