This video was recorded weeks ago, and I have already identified and resolved the issue but wanted to share my experience. This is just part 1, and you will see what the actual issue was later, in a future video. Get subscribed to stay up to date, and I hope it helps someone out there. Please note, don't focus on the clock, or voltages, as when a system has issues you want to lessen your overclocks to help identify the issue.
