The truth might end up not being as exciting or intricate as we think. When it comes down to it, the simplest answer and explanation is usually the correct one. What if the truth isn't so secretive after all? What if it's been hiding in plain sight in front of our eyes this entire time? There's simply no other way to display this true dominance of power and influence than to be blatantly public and open with it. In this mostly capitalist and global world economy we find ourselves in, for better or for worse, money is power. We are talking trillions of dollars, pesos, yen, gold, fiat on their publicly traded balance sheets, growing exponentially year over year. In all, they have ownership in 1,600 American firms, which in 2015 had combined revenues of $9.1 trillion. Their ownership encompasses nearly 90% of all S&P 500 firms. They are Blackrock and Vanguard, and they aren't hiding from anyone.
