So there are literally thousands of color grading videos and correction videos out there. I know because i've watched leterally hundreds of them like you. I'm a filmmaker and have worked in color for the last 3 years. I decided it was time to keep it simple and break it down into the basic components. I often wonder why people struggle with coloring their shots and it hit me. there are some basic steps that if you follow them you can correct any footage with any piece of software. Here i'm going to show you two platforms and perform the same two basic steps, you don't even have to know what the nobs and buttons do. all you need to understand is how to look at your scopes. I will make it that simple. So this is the first of a short series that will cover my perspective on how easy it is to get into the basics of color grading. That is what Coloring for beginners is all about.
