Rust and C Linux Divide? + BCacheFS Tools removed from Debian + HUGE Win for Kernel Panics..

Linus the creator of Linux doesn't like this file system being in the kernel anymore.. BCacheFS Tools just got removed from Debian, but why? Kernel DRM is receiving a win for BSOD screens and error handling.
