A modern trained sculptor switches to ancient tools to try and replicate a portion of quartzite sarcophagus relief carving. Yes, later sarcophagi included detailed relief carving rather than just a plain flat surface. The boxes did get better with time though you can just classify any nice piece as a relic of the lost civilisation. Including the higher quality inscriptions, only the lower quality inscriptions count for some reason.
