The Difference Between Real Chakras & False Chakras

Are chakras real or conceptual, here's the difference between real chakras and imaginary chakras. In regard to Imaginary, I refer to these figments of our imagination as thought forms lodged within our body - that is of course if we've been unlucky enough to have gotten mixed up with a variety chakra meditations.
