I created this channel in order to teach people who’ve had a life long struggle with weight that losing weight is 90% mental. It’s about loving yourself enough to want to do better. The other 10% is about learning to eat healthier without feeling deprived while developing a healthy rapport with food. Having a supportive wellness tribe wouldn’t hurt either! Oh yeah, a little movement definitely helps.
