Although I’m ADHD I’m probably one of the few people with ADHD that really doesn't like being late. I hate forgetting things too. I spent years jotting things down on my calendar and creating reminders so I wouldn’t be that ADHD person. That worked for me for a very long time but now I have something even better. The Google Nest Mini and the Google Nest Hub!
I actually own both. I have them in my living room and bedroom where my office is so when I walk through the house I can ask Google to remind me about things I know I don’t want to forget.
I can set reminders. I can set alarms. I use it for timers so I don’t forget I’m cooking. I tend to ask about the weather a lot. So much to the point when I’m not home, I have to stop myself from yelling out Hey Google what’s the weather?
In order to solve that problem, I activated the hey google on my phone. Problem solved. It’s great when you’re working from home because you don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone.
Google mini is $49; Google Nest is $99 but I swear it was $79 when I bought it. I know I got the mini for around $29. Google offered it for my birthday. I guess I spend enough money on their products, they gave me a discount.
Anyway if you don’t own a mini or nest hopefully I convinced you it might be a good way to keep track of reminders, timers, alarms and I’m sure more stuff I haven’t figured out about it although I’ve owned it long enough to know a lot more. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dyi4tcspJzw
