Can you save your Google Android phone from being dumped?

In past videos, I've talked about using de-Googled phones to remove the tracking done on your phone by Google. But is there an alternative that can reduce the tracking on the phone, so you don't have to immediately dump your phone.

Is there a privacy stop gap just to allow you to plan your digital privacy strategy? This video will explore what others have suggested as a solution and I will analyze those and will suggest my own strategy at the end of the video.

Again, I repeat that nothing is safer than either a Linux phone or a completely de-Googled phone (AOSP without GAPPS). But this video talks about mitigating the privacy risks.
